She put in a lot of effort educating us about the Bay Area housing market and helped us narrow down our search area based on our preferences. She spent several hours explaining how area comps worked, went into detail about each disclosure helping us understand how to make a decision about a house. She never pressured or rushed us into making a decision. Always gave us a realistic picture about areas, houses and neighborhoods we saw. She never asked us to take a step we were not comfortable with and never downplayed our legitimate concerns during our search. She instilled confidence in us that we’d get the house that we truly like and we’d pay a price that we think is appropriate. She always reminded us not to get carried away during bidding process and be aware of our budget all the time. Aella was always available to talk to or discuss when we had something. She helped communicate effectively with the sellers agent and other parties when needed and helped handle some unexpected scenarios in our closing process with professionalism. I think we couldn’t have asked for a better companion in our search for our first home. It was a great experience working with Aella. As a first time homebuyer, Aella was very patient with our questions and gave us lots of good advice on how to go about making our choice for our first home, trying to make sure she had our best interests in mind as well. She was very helpful in walking us through the entire process from start to finish, and always made herself freely available to bulldoze through problems that came up between me and my lender, or explain things that we didn't understand on very short notice. We really appreciated her honesty in situations where she would freely admit she didn't know the answer to a question, but would then get back to us after doing the necessary research to get a proper answer. Her attention to detail regarding key dates and milestones, along with her incredible work ethic was a major factor in allowing us to close on time as fast as we did. I would definitely recommend Aella as a realtor to anyone.

She is very professional and responsible. While working with her, I was always able to get reliable responses promptly (even after midnight!). She always tried to understand my situation and respected my opinion.
